- If you want to cancel your order, contact us at info@thegamerspark.com However, we can't cancel if the shipment is on its way.
- If a product arrives damaged or is the wrong one, contact customer support at info@thegamerspark.com within 24 hours of delivery. Pre-owned games can't be returned for minor box damage, and new products can't be returned if the packaging is opened. We won't accept return requests beyond 24 hours for damaged or wrong products.
- For non-functional products, we'll arrange a return pickup. The product mustn't have physical damage and should follow the policy from point no. 3. No replacement if the product works fine; it'll be returned after paying shipping charges.
- Brand new hardware with a manufacturer's warranty must be claimed directly from the manufacturer's service centers.
- A 3% processing fee (including taxes) applies to prepaid orders canceled via the Razorpay payment gateway before dispatch. No fee if the fault is on our end (e.g., out of stock). Store credit used for payment gets refunded as store credit.
- Cancellation requests post-dispatch won't be entertained.
- We provide refunds in cases of non-availability for replacement and the following conditions: damaged/faulty products, wrong products delivered, cancellation before dispatch, or due to stock unavailability. 10. Please allow up to 7 working days for refund processing.
- Refunds go directly to the original online payment method, not alternative modes of payment.
