SHIPPING POLICY
- We provide Free Shipping for all orders, whether you choose to pay in advance or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

- Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a business day will be shipped out the same day, while those placed after will be shipped the next day. We always aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible.
- We use reliable courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx, and Xpressbees for most shipments, and for remote areas, we use DTDC or Speed Post.
- The transit time is usually 1-2 business days for major cities and state capitals, and 3-4 business days for other cities. It may take a bit longer for very remote locations.
- We'll email you the shipment details and a tracking link as soon as the product is dispatched, and you can also find this information in your My Account section.
- Pre-Order orders will be shipped on the game's release date, and we'll email you the shipping details on the dispatch date.
- We offer a convenient free pickup service through our courier partners for items you want to sell to us. If your area isn't serviceable, you can self-ship the items using your preferred courier, and we'll reimburse you Rs.100 to cover the shipping cost you've incurred.
